Swimming is a beneficial for all children, but especially for children with disabilities. Swimming improves coordination, balance, and motor skill development. In addition at Safe Swim for All we work on accomplishing goals, which builds the self-esteem of our swimmers. Finally, swim lessons provide the benefit of safety.
